Samsung Galaxy A10e

So far the phone is working fine. I do have some issues with it, though. Even though I removed the SD card from my old phone that just quit unexpectedly, I was unable to import my contacts from the SD card to my phone. My new phone didn't even see them. It did see some of the pictures I had saved on the SD card. It appears Samsung and Google want you to save everything to the cloud, something I am reluctant to do. I don't trust any of these companies, but we are stuck with them.

The phone is made by Samsung so the quality is there. It lacks some of the features of the S series but for the money, this is a solid phone. I use the phone to make calls, text and light browsing so this is more than I need. If your do everything with your phone, perhaps the S series is better for you.

Inexpensive, ideal for the grandson who grew out of his trackphone and needed a service with a more generous data and txt plan. If the 13 yr destroys this phone I'm not going to get too very upset about it, just order a new phone for a $100, switch the sim card and take over where he left off.

My mother is very pleased with this purchase. She is able to handle this phone a lot better then she was with her last Samsung. She is very happy with the fact that she can enlarge the text to the size she needs to to be able to read everything on the phone. Thank you so much!

I bought this phone for my employee and he got busy and went to set it down and it slid off and broke the screen. He didn't have it two weeks! On your end, everything was 100% and that is why in about a week HE'LL be ordering another one thru me from you. Thank you

This is my first Samsung and I love it. The price is great and it has many features without being overloaded with options as more expensive phones offer. There is plenty of storage for a light user yet it has the option for more storage. I would but it again.

My wife already had an A10e phone. I was familiar with the features. This used phone was a good value. There were no scratches on it. Battery life was good. It looks like the original charger was provided. Not in the original box. That is what I expected. I'm happy

This is a wonderful bargain. This is an older model that came with Android 9. But immediately, it offered to download updates to get to Android 11, so the os is now current. It's smaller than a lot of other phones, which is both an advantage and a disadvantage.

The A10e has a lot of power and I have added a 512 GB SD card for more storage. I can finally add all my music, a GPS, movie, games and many more apps to it. The sound and picture are great. I definitely will recommend this smartphone.

This is a good samsung phone for a great price. It has a small form factor with a good sized screen & a nice looking screen at that. The camera is ok and battery life is good. 4 out of 5 stars for the samsung galaxy a10e.

Phone is absolutely gorgeous, very sleek (though also very slippery - get a case) but loaded with jaw-dropping annoyances The two biggest are: > No double-tap to wake screen (have to press the power button) > Want to block a caller? Write down the number, go into Settings and manually add it to the Blocked Numbers list. Seriously?! Also, the seemingly flat screen actually curves down slightly at the edges so that the tempered-glass protector I bought had a 1/4" gap down both sides. After only 3 weeks use, I just ordered another phone, one that has both those features plus a fingerprint scanner (and cost less).

This is a good value phone. I don't need a $1000 top of the line phone. Everything works great. My only concern is the battery life. Using it for my commute (~1 hour each way - Google Maps) and other use during the day seems to drain the battery in a day.

Phone came with no manual/instructions at all. Haven't been able to set it up. I got it to replace my old A10e which I lost, so I know that iot should be a good quality phone, but that doesn't matter much if it can't be used.

It will not make calls or get calls it is a 2G to 3G phone not a 4G
