Unbranded Vampire Face Paint & Stage Makeup

Vampire Face Paint Stage Makeup

Halloween only comes around once a year, but this holiday gives you the chance to dress up as your favorite vampire. When heading to parties and events as a vampire, you want to complete the look with some makeup. Stage blood and a black cape create a look like Count Dracula himself.

What is included in a Halloween vampire makeup kit?

The basic costume for dressing up as a Halloween vampire includes black clothing. Women and men can pair a black cape with matching pants or a skirt and a white shirt. You can come up with other ideas to make your costume more or less scary. While you'll find different products to finish off your scary look, you can look for a makeup set that comes with different products. These Halloween kits usually contain the following items.

  • Fangs: White plastic fangs slip over your natural teeth and make you look like you're ready to take a bite. Those designed for adults are on the larger side and more comfortable to wear in your mouth. Some kits come with a single full set, but others have a separate upper and lower fang for added comfort.
  • White base: Most sets come with a white liquid or solid product that you use as a base. Applying a thin, even coating of the white color to your face lets you look paler. You can look like someone who avoids the sun.
  • Colored crayons: Some Halloween sets come with crayons in colors like red and black. This lets you come up with new ideas for doing your makeup. You can use these colors to create dark shadows under your eyes or on your face. You can also put droplets of blood around your mouth.
  • Brushes/sponges: Depending on the kit that you purchase, you may get one or more brushes and/or sponges. These tools let you apply the product more evenly on your face.
  • Instructions: Your kit should come with an instruction booklet, too. This booklet features ideas and instructions for applying vampire makeup.
Is the makeup nontoxic?

Nontoxic products refer to those that are safe to use on the skin. Halloween products and supplies for your costume are generally nontoxic. Some are even safe to eat. This is helpful for those worried about getting a little paint or liquid in their mouths. Chewing on your lips or rubbing your face shouldn't cause any problems. You do want to avoid getting the materials in your eyes though.

Vampire stage makeup is safe for most ages, but should only go on children three years old or older. Younger children can use Halloween makeup sets designed specifically for smaller kids.

Does it stain?

Most makeup sets will not stain clothing, counters, or anything else it touches. The one possible exception is the fake blood. Some types of this Halloween product use corn syrup and other thick liquids. However, this fake blood does let you come up with more vampire ideas and can often be used in other Halloween decorations with a vampire theme.
